Live Action Demo of the Carbonation Chamber
I've been having a good time tweaking my carbonation chamber, which uses dry ice to produce high pressure CO2 to turn anything into a bubbly treat. Original post, follow up post.

I later confirmed that the jumping in pressure is in fact icing on the dry ice. Putting a large piece of dry ice in a small body of (even unpressurized) water caused violent failures of the ice shell around the dry ice. Powdering the dry ice will likely fix the issue.
